Oklahoma quarter launched into circulation
Oklahoma became the latest state to be recognized by the U.S. Mint with a commemorative quarter, which is now officially in circulation. The reverse side of the quarter depicts the Oklahoma’s state bird, the scissortail flycatcher in flight, and the state wildflower, the Indian blanket. Innovative Healthcare Systems, Inc. announces promotions
Edmond-based Innovative Healthcare Systems, Inc. (IHSI) announces the promotions of four employees in response to the company's continued growth. Larry Winstead is being appointed to vice president, client development; Jeff Price is being promoted from network and systems coordinator to director of information technology; Christie Ritchie, reimbursement supervisor for Innovative and its subsidiaries, is being promoted to director of reimbursement services and Natalie Martin is being promoted to client coordinator for Innovative's expanding clinical services division. UCO announces two board promotions
In a step to strengthen and further the leadership work done at the University of Central Oklahoma, UCO President Roger Webb has announced two new promotions on the university’s executive board. Webb has named Dr. Cheryl Steele as Vice President of Leadership at UCO, and Anne Holzberlein was named Vice President of Development at the university. Conn’s Appliances enters Edmond
Texas-based Conn's Appliances Inc., an appliance and furniture store is entering the Oklahoma City market. The company has plans for five metro area stores and has leased part of the former Albertsons at 28 E. 15th St. in Edmond. Industrial building sells for $6.3
Oklahoma-based Jasco Products Co., an electronics product company has sold its former headquarters at 311 NW 122nd St. for nearly $6.3 million. Trammel Crow purchased the building from the Stephen C.
