Edmond's second quarter cost of living ranks 11 percent below national average

The cost of living for the city of Edmond ranked 11 percent below the national average for the second quarter of 2008, according to a cost of living index produced by the Council for Community and Economic Research. State jobless rate declines

Two new hotels planned for Edmond
