The Economic Abstract, published annually by the Edmond Economic Development Authority and sponsored by Francis Tuttle Technology Center, contains demographic information including population, income levels, cost of living, crime figures, traffic counts and more. The 2010 Economic Abstract also contains information on Edmond's residential and commercial real estate markets, hotel market, retail sales statistics and public and higher education information.

Downtown property sells
Broncho Land and Investment LLC purchased 2,000-square-feet of office property at 11 E. First St. from Shores Oilfield LLC for $230,000. The building was built in 1925. Stewart Abstract & Title handled the transaction.

Retail property sells
KSK 2 purchased a 3,978-square-foot car wash at 200 Brookfield from Rocket Wash LLC for $762,500. The building was built in 1997. Chris Anderson, CCIM with The Grant Group and Eric Fleske, CCIM with Equity Realty handled the transaction.

164th Partners LLC purchased 36 acres of agricultural land near 164th and N. May Avenue from East-West Development LLC for $700,000.
