The 2010 Economic Abstract also contains information on Edmond's residential and commercial real estate markets, hotel market, retail sales statistics and public and higher education information.

Multifamily property sells
Jaime Avilla purchased 5,328-square-feet of multifamily property at 417 Chartrand Ave. from Curtis and Kimberly Distaso for $415,000. The building was built in 1983. Stewart Abstract & Title handled the transaction.
Land sells
Corp. of the Bishop of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints purchased 1 acre of land near S. Bryant Avenue and E. 33rd from Tinker Federal Credit Union for #243,000.
Leases
Howard Measurement Co. Inc. leased 2,900-square-feet at 3431 S. Boulevard St. Sam Vinall with Wiggin Properties handled the transaction.
RRS of Oklahoma leased 3,500-square-feet of industrial space at 1105 S. Fretz Ave.
