Industrial property sells
Ronald Johnson purchased the 5,000-square-foot J&K Auto Works building at 30 W. Thatcher St. from Donald J. and Karen K. Moore for $350,000. The building was built in 1982. Capitol Abstract & Title handled the transaction.

The Nail Salon leased 2,072-square-feet at 1141 E. Second St. Brandy Rundel with Price Edwards & Co. handled the transaction.
