The 2010 Economic Abstract also contains information on Edmond's residential and commercial real estate markets, hotel market, retail sales statistics and public and higher education information.

Downtown property sells
Small Holdings LLC purchased 4,498-square-feet of downtown retail space at 108 S. Broadway from John W. Hensel for $352,000. The building was built in 1906. First American Title hanlded the transaction.

Oklahoma Municipal Assurance Group purchased 1 acre near S. Boulevard and E. 33rd Street in the Fisher Hall development from SP Realty Advisors LLC for $464,000. Capitol Abstract & Title Co. handled the transaction.
