The Economic Abstract, published annually by the Edmond Economic Development Authority and sponsored by Francis Tuttle Technology Center,contains demographic information including population, income levels, cost of living, crime figures, traffic counts and more. The 2012 Economic Abstract also contains information on Edmond's residential and commercial real estate markets, tax collections and education information.

Dadbeh Jafari and Shelby Jafari purchased the 3,800-square-foot Salazar Roofing building at 711 S. Broadway from Mountain High Holdings LLC for $352,500. The building was built in 1972. Stewart Abstract & Title handled the transaction.

ROK Properties recently purchased a property at 2916 N. Kelly in the Village Center at Coffee Creek from DST Properties LLC for $2,550,000.

Caliber Bodyworks of Oklahoma Inc. purchased a 17,620-square-foot service garage and 4,000-square-foot showroom at 3501 Broadway Extension from Dollar Developers LLC for $969,500. The service garage was built in 1960 and the showroom was built in 1982.
