The Francis Tuttle district covers approximately 530 square miles, and plays a key role in local economic development. The CareerTech system has long been a staple of the training needed to maintain a highly-skilled workforce, which fuels economic development efforts statewide.

Customized Training for Business and Industry
Francis Tuttle's Business & Industry services team stands ready to design and deliver customized training and services to meet the unique needs of your company in a variety of areas such as computer software, technology solutions, safety, customer service, leadership training, interpersonal skills, quality management systems, small business development, government contracting assistance, and more.

Career Development and Personal Enrichment classes
Francis Tuttle offers relevant, short-term training for enhancing career skills, continuing education or personal enrichment. Courses of varying lengths are offered at convenient times and are developed based on community needs and interests, allowing members of the workforce to increase job skills and enhance career opportunities. Occupational and licensing certification programs are also available.

The Center for Municipal Excellence
The CME offers training for public works employees throughout Oklahoma in cooperation with local technology centers, and is the only training of its type available in the region. Training includes water systems maintenance and repair, street maintenance and repair, and safe operation of heavy equipment, with options for the unique needs of municipalities.

Launch Pad FT Business Incubator
Launch Pad FT is a business incubator, designed to support the successful development of entrepreneurial companies through an array of resources and services in a collaborative environment. Clients may be resident or non-resident, participating in the program for 12-36 months. Business incubators improve business and management skills and increase the probability of new business sustainability.
