The Edmond Economic Development Authority (EEDA) recently featured Oklahoma City Abstract & Title Co. (OCA) in the June 2017 issue of EEDA’s newsletter, The Arrow. The Arrow is a monthly newsletter emailed to approximately 2,000 subscribers. Featured businesses also receive a commemorative arrow to recognize their participation.
“The featured business portion of The Arrow was created as an outlet for the EEDA to further support and promote the Edmond business community,” said Janet Yowell, EEDA executive director. “We were pleased to feature Oklahoma City Abstract & Title Co., a business that has been based in Edmond for more than 20 years.”
OCA is an independently-owned real estate and settlement services company offering a wide range of services such as ownership lists, title reports, abstracting, construction binders, owner and mortgage title insurance, closing coordinating, closings and the monitoring of delivery dates.
“Our family saw a great opportunity to grow in Edmond and chose to locate our corporate office in the city in 1996,” said Shelli Dixon-Reid, OCA CFO and vice president. “We have enjoyed being a part of the Edmond business community.”
The EEDA exists to offer resources that stimulate the growth of Edmond’s economy by creating and maintaining an optimum environment for both new and existing businesses, offering services that facilitate the growth and expansion of those businesses and generating opportunities to increase the sales tax base of the city of Edmond.
