The Edmond Economic Development Authority (EEDA) recently featured Downtown Edmond’s The Patriarch Craft Beer House and Lawn in the May 2016 issue of EEDA’s newsletter, The Arrow. The Arrow is a monthly newsletter emailed to approximately 2,000 subscribers. Featured businesses also receive a commemorative arrow to recognize their participation.
“The featured business portion of The Arrow was created as an outlet for the EEDA to further support and promote the Edmond business community,” said Toni Weinmeister, EEDA associate director. “The Patriarch is a unique concept and we are so glad they chose to locate in Downtown Edmond.”
Established in May 2015, The Patriarch is located in the historic Hunt House in Downtown Edmond. The craft beer house and lawn features 48 taps, permanent food truck port and outdoor game area.
“Downtown Edmond is a special place in the heart of the community and we are so proud to be there,” said Bryce Thompson, one of the owners of The Patriarch. “The Arrow is a great way to reach more people in the community and spread the word about our business.”
The EEDA exists to offer resources that stimulate the growth of Edmond’s economy by creating and maintaining an optimum environment for both new and existing businesses, offering services that facilitate the growth and expansion of those businesses and generating opportunities to increase the sales tax base of the city of Edmond.
