EEDA RECOGNIZES THE ARROW OCTOBER 2016 FEATURED BUSINESS

The Edmond Economic Development Authority (EEDA) recently featured ChappelWood Financial Services in the October 2016 issue of EEDA’s newsletter, The Arrow. The Arrow is a monthly newsletter emailed to approximately 2,000 subscribers. Featured businesses also receive a commemorative arrow to recognize their participation.

“The featured business portion of The Arrow was created as an outlet for the EEDA to further support and promote the Edmond business community,” said Janet Yowell, EEDA executive director. “We were pleased to feature ChappelWood’s story of more than 25 years in business.”

ChappelWood Financial Services was founded by Victoria Woods in 1988. The firm designs customized financial solutions to develop clear financial plans for clients and their families. Services provided by the firm include wealth management, comprehensive income solutions, estate planning, tax planning, retirement planning, investment management analysis, life insurance analysis and college funding.

“We were pleased to be featured in The Arrow so that we could clear up misconceptions about who we are. We are often confused with a local church!” said Woods, president and chief investment advisor at ChappelWood Financial Services. “Being able to clearly state we are an Investment Accumulation, Preservation and Income Specialist for pre-Retirees and Retirees in one email blast to the Edmond business community was invaluable to our ongoing and continual business!”

The EEDA exists to offer resources that stimulate the growth of Edmond’s economy by creating and maintaining an optimum environment for both new and existing businesses, offering services that facilitate the growth and expansion of those businesses and generating opportunities to increase the sales tax base of the city of Edmond.
